ESAPIENS SOLUTIONS (ESS) is a firm located and registered in the metropolitan area of Washington D.C., USA. We provide consulting services, online courses and e-learning resources that change, improve and optimize the knowledge, skills, attitudes, behaviors and practices of individuals and teams.
Our consulting services, online courses and learning resources facilitate the interaction among development practitioners, the exchange of lessons learned and best practices, and the creation and expansion of networks and communities of practice.

Quality criteria in online courses
ESS applies good practices in e-learning focused on the audience, such as the Quality Matters Rubric, to ensure alignment among learning objectives, activities, assessments, content, and technologies. Another quality criterion is accessibility of learning resources.
We can also apply the client organization's own guides or criteria, such as gender and diversity guides, corporate branding, and other references.
Agile course development
ESS follows an agile process for developing online courses to speed up their delivery. Our objective is to provide timely, tailored, and innovative solutions to our clients' needs.
Engaging learning experiences
ESS designs and develops e-learning courses based on instructional design best practices to promote participant engagement, with a sound cost-benefit analysis in the choice of methodologies, resources, pathways, content, and educational technology.
