How long we keep it
We keep contact messages for as long as needed to follow up on your enquiry and for a maximum of two years, unless a contract requires us to keep them longer.
Who can see it
Only the ESS team members who handle your enquiry, and the providers that host this website and send its emails, under confidentiality obligations.
