A knowledge-management strategy for a social protection network
Workshops, interviews and a two-year roadmap so member agencies stop reinventing solutions their peers already tested.

The challenge
Eight agencies shared a common mission but little of what they learned. Reports stayed in each institution, staff turnover erased experience, and the network's meetings rarely produced anything reusable.
Our approach
We interviewed 40 staff members, mapped where knowledge was created and lost, and ran co-design workshops with each agency.
Together we prioritized a few practical tools: a shared case library, a format for after-action reviews and a community of practice with a rotating host.
Results
The network approved the roadmap and its first year of activities. In twelve months the case library gathered 35 documented experiences and the community of practice met every month.
